Water comes from own well, it has been examined and it is drinkable although it may occasionally have an iron flavor.
Electric car charging station Walle 16M 11 kW charging cable Type2 installed at the end of the cottage. You can get charging instructions and billing information from the property owner.
Cottage at tip of promontory, next to sandy shore, from porch nice views towards Ounastunturi fell, which is 70 km away. Yard area is in a natural state. Sotkajärvi bird observation tower 2 km, snowmobile trail 0,25 km away, snowmobile race track 3 km, Hetta 14 km, Ounas-Pallastunturi National Park 8 km, airport 5 km.
Final cleaning 75 euro or 100 euro if a pet will be coming and bed linen 20 euros/person, payment on site to the caretaker! Note! Even though client would want to clean himself cleaning deposit of 75 €/100 € should be paid on the spot.
