At the highest point of Ukkohalla, next to a stunning landscape. An apartment building built in 1991 in danger.

Sleeping places for five: three single beds are in the loft and double bed in the same space as the living room.
High room height.
One of the lofts is not an actual place to sleep. The loft stairs are steep.
Two separate toilets and a washroom and sauna.
The property has two doors to the balcony that have been connected and renovated in the summer of 2024.
There is a large parking area in front of the house and the apartment has two hot spots.
Shared hut (kota) in the yard.
Ukkohalla: A tourist center located on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, with a shop, restaurant, spa, bowling alley, slope center, snowmobile trails, ski slopes, program services, a beach in summer, a frisbee golf course and a wake board course. (more information www.ukkohalla.fi).
Distance to Ukkohalla services 1.5 km. Airport Kajaani 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km.
Places to visit: Komulanköngäs waterfall 3km, Equestrian stable 1km, Suomussalmella Raatteentie winter war museum, forest and e.g. Kianno kuohut spa. In summer, summer theater and e.g. A quiet nation.
To the village of Hyrynsalmi approx. 18 km with a cafe, shops and much more.
Camping Vonkka 17km (beach/camping area/dance center)
Kajaani is about an hour's drive away, where you can find shopping opportunities, the city theater and popular events throughout the year.
