An old-time summer cottage located 20 km west of Kouvola, near the village of Iitti, with a separate large sauna building with a washroom and lounge areas. Lake Urajärvi, the distance from the sauna to the lake is approx. 10 m.

The surface of the cottage is 60 m², including a small loft. Kitchen, living room, two small bedrooms, one with 2 x 80 cm beds, the other with 1 x 80 cm bed. Steep stairs to the loft, with mattress accommodation for 3, the loft is mainly suitable for children.

The cabin is equipped with a solar panel that powers the lights. Carrying water from the lake for the cabin. For the sauna, carrying water from the lake or the possibility of using a diesel pump. Remember to bring drinking water when you come.
Gas stove and refrigerator. The refrigerator is located in the sauna building.
