Wooden row house apartment built in 1975, featuring a kitchenette, entrance hall, living room with a 120 x 200 cm bed, and a sofa bed that converts into an additional 140 x 200 cm bed for two. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is no sauna in the apartment. The terrace is furnished and equipped with an electric grill.
