Cabin by the wilderness lake Vaikkojärvi and its surroundings offer an opportunity for relaxation and immersion in nature.

105 km to the north from Joensuu, Lake Vaikkojärvi (7.19 km²) 15 m, private beach, shallow sanded bottom, own boat. Round log cabin built in 2001. Living room with sofa bed, kitchen, alcove with 2 beds (curtain at the doorway), and separate area with 2 beds isolated by a screen from the kitchen. Glazed terrace. The kitchen has a sink, and water is pumped from the lake. Drinking water can be taken by the guest from a spring about 200 m away or brought along. The lake water has been tested potable in 2020.

The yard sauna (18 m²) is equipped with a wood-burning sauna stove, and water is pumped from the lake. There's a sofa bed in the fireplace room of the sauna building. The sauna building also has a glazed terrace. A smoker is available for use.

The cabin is a wilderness cabin and is not preheated before the reservation starts.
