Spacious log-framed leisure apartment (2001) near Lake Nerkoo, distance 250 m, and a separate beach sauna with lounge area 250 m away. Beach sauna, spacious yard / beach.

104 km north of Tampere, Nerkoo lake, shallow clay beach with sand brought in, own pier and rowing boat.

In the main cottage with entrance hall, living room with sofa bed for two (140x190 cm), fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine (not sauna in main cottage). Upstairs, two beds (80x200 cm and 80x190 cm) and an air-filled mattress that is not counted as an actual bed. Air heat pump for heating and cooling in the main building.

Beach sauna 250 m from the main building, on the shore of Lake Nerkoo. Lounge with sauna, small kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, small oven and cutlery. The living room has a fireplace, sofa and dining set, and two mattresses in the loft (alternative bed). Access to the sauna is via the terrace. A wood-burning stove in the sauna. The sauna will have tap water on April 1. - 30.10. between. At other times, carrying water from the lake or from the main building itself at range (250 m). The sauna has an outdoor shower in the courtyard building. The sauna has an electric heater that can be used to heat the room if necessary. There is a gas grill on the terrace.
