No fireplace (although one can be seen in the floor plan). Basement level: utility room+toilet, heated garage.
Good quality row-house apartment located in Iso-Ylläs area near Condola and Restaurant Taiga. Location ideal for hiking and winter sports with skiing tracks and ski lifts only a few ski-pole pushes away.
No pets allowed. Bed linen available for rent.
Basement floor is partly unfinished and not in official use, but can be used.
