Junninniemi is a rental cottage located on a peninsula plot in its own peace.

37 km west of Lappeenranta, 25 m from Kivijärvi, mud bottom on the south shore, swimming from the pier, also a pier and sandy beach on the north shore, rowing boat.

Board-paneled cottage 1995, living room, gas refrigerator and gas stove in the kitchen, extendable bed for two in the bedroom, dressing room, wood stove in the sauna, water heating in the stove tank. Covered porch on two sides, also with a gas grill and table group.

The cottage has solar panel electricity with battery backup, and there are also LED battery lanterns for lighting. A 15-hole frisbee golf course starts from the yard, which runs along the cottage road.

Water from the lake, the owner provides a 10 liter starter pack of drinking water.
The cottage has a 12 volt electrical system as well as a 220 volt backup power source.
