260 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, 27 km to the north from the Muonio municipality center, River Muonionjoki 125 m, natural beach, partly sanded deep beach, own rowing boat, outboard motor can be rented from the owner.
Log house (timber faced exterior walls, chipboard faced inner walls), built in the 1930s, renovated in 2008.
Living room/kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, two bedrooms on the upper floor: one with a double bed 8width 180 cm) and one single bed and another bedroom with 2 beds.
Sauna, washroom, dressing room and separate WC, another toilet on the upper floor.
There is a central heating (oil/electric) in the house, house is built for permanent living. The sauna is equipped with immediately ready electric sauna stove.

Jooseppila is located in a sparsely populated village of Kätkäsuvanto and it is located right next to the river Muonionjoki. A way leads to the beach.
River Muonionjoki is a tributary of Torne river, which is the longest salmon river in Europe. Good possibilities for salmon fishing, other fish species are sea trout and grayling. Fishing area: 2502 Tornionjoki -Muonionjoki – Könkämäeno (www.eraluvat.fi)
Fishing in lakes is usually permitted with fisheries management fee. One fishing rod can be used. For more information see www.eraluvat.fi. With Finnish Forest Administration’s (Metsähallitus) angling permit for Western Lapland you are also allowed to fish in state owned rapids (www.eraluvat.fi).
Small game hunting areas: 2602 Muonio and 1614 Hetta-Karesuvanto (www.eraluvat.fi).
Snowmobile can be rented from the owner. The snowmobile trail (Victoria trail, continuing to Kilpisjärvi) running parallel the Swedish border is easily accessible, distance is about 500 m.
