Log cabin in Yli-Muonio by the Ylinen Utkujärvi lake. Built in 1975 and renovated in 2003. Lake shore 20 m, rather shallow beach, hard bottom, own rowing boat. Length of the lake is 3,5 km and width 0,7 km.
Living room with a spreadable sofa bed, sleeping loft with 6 mattresses, steep stairs to the loft. Kitchen, toilet/shower, covered terrace and balcony. Wlan. Fire place, wood burning baking oven and air source heat pump.
Separate sauna building by the lake (25m²); sauna has wood heated stove and hot water tank, dressing room with bed for one, electric light and electric heating.
Muonio 15 km, ski resorts: Olos 17 km and Pallas 35 km. Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park 10 km, Pallastunturi Visitor Centre.
Peaceful place for a nature lovers who value amenities. 300 m to the nearest neighbour. 100 m to the old sauna building, which is now used only as a storage. Area offers excellent fishing and hiking possibilities during summer. From lake there is waterway to famous fishing river Muonionjoki. In winter time cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing are popular hobbies.

Final cleaning and bed linen (sheets and towels) are not included in the price and for this cabin those are not possible to buy as an extra service. If the cabin is not cleaned or there are deficiencies, please contact the caretaker immediately on arrival.
Cabin can be reached by car all year round. In winter plugs for car heating.
