20 km to the southwest from Oulu, Bay of Bothnia (Lumijoenselkä) 300 m, no own beach. Located near Peuhu manor in an area of few holiday houses.
Wooden villa, built in 2014. Living room/kitchen, double bed in the bedroom, 2 beds and sofa bed in the loft, steep stairs to the loft, sauna, washroom/WC and spacious glazed porch with infrared heaters.
High chair, travel cot and potty.
Bedlinen are not available.
Villa is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer. Three TVs, one in living room, another in glazed terrace and third in loft. Refridgerator also in the loft.
Peuhu 1 is a handy small holiday home in a marine environment close to the services of the Oulu region. The closest swimming beach is approximately 400 meters away (the beach is partly overgrown).
Neighboring cabins nearby, old Peuhu manor for rent as a venue for various events at a distance of about 40 meters.
Frisbee golf course on the estate's land (Peuhu DiscGolfPark).
Boat marina in the village Vihiluoto, 10 km. There are also swimming beach, nature trail and bird observing tower in Vihiluoto.
Airport 7 km, services of Oulu city center 20 km, ferry to island Hailuoto 20 km.
