A nostalgic semi-detached house located in the Paltamo golf area.
The house was built in 2001. One bedroom with a double bed downstairs and living room kitchen. Electric sauna and washroom. Separate toilet.
In the loft, a small bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed and living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one adult or two children.
A drying cabinet for clothes in the hall.
The house does not have its own beach, but walking across the Green along the path to the beach is approx. 60 meters.
Lake Oulujärvi has a sandy bottom and gently deepening shallow water.
The Paltamo golf course runs right behind the cottage. Golf course office and restaurant 1.6 km (open in summer).
Paltamo has all the necessary services.
