A nostalgic semi-detached house located in the Paltamo golf area.
The house was built in 2001. Two bedrooms (2 x 80cm single bed) and two living rooms.
Access to bedrooms from the loft.
The fireplace room and the living room can be separated by a hatch.

A clothes drying cabinet in the hall.
Extra beds in the loft, a sofa bed for one adult or two children and two folding travel beds.
The house does not have its own beach, but walking across the Green along the path to the beach is approx. 60 meters.
Oulu Lake has a sandy bottom and gently deepening shallow water.
The Paltamo golf course runs right behind the cottage. Golf course office and restaurant 1.6km (open in summer).
Paltamo has all the necessary services.
The nearest skiing center in Vuokatti approx. 45 km.
