26 km west of the center of Rovaniemi, lake Sinettäjärvi 45 m (lake length 8.5 km, width 1,5 km), shallow water beach, sand bottom, own boat.

Log cottage, built originally in the 1970s, refurbished and modernized in 2015. living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, alcove with 3 beds, covered porch and large open terrace.

Barbecue hut, where so called hut kitchen and glassed front wall which can be opened. From the hut there is view to the lake. There is terrace in front of the hut.

Sauna with steam room (wood-burning stove) and dressing room. Sauna has electric light and electric heating. Water to the sauna has to be carried from the lake 5 m away.

Cottage has wireless internet access 4G. The cottage can be heated and air conditioned with air-source heat pump. In addition capacitive fireplace.
