On the south side of the Rovaniemi town, close to the city services, by the Kemijoki beach, distance to the beach 11 m, river width 700 m, shallow beach, hard, rocky bottom, dock, stairs to the dock, own boat.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment on the big riverbank right next to the city center. The distance to the center is 6 km, so Villa Lehmus is an excellent base for active holidaymakers. Rovaniemi's services are easily accessible, local bus stop less than 100 meters away.
The nearest skiing track is on the river 100 m away, Ounasvaara ski tracks 7 km away. Public beach 200 m, lean and fire place 300 m, service station restaurant 1.7 km.
