Log cabin 1990. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with sofabed, sauna, toilet-dressing room, shower and sauna, open veranda. Access to the toilet-dressing room both indoors and outdoors.
Upstairs: bed room with 4 beds and baby cot, hall with 3 beds, balcony.
Charcoal grill on the barbecue shelter; client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself.

Good opportunities for outdoor activities and fishing, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby. There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini, of which Arpainen is also well suited for mountain biking.
Snowmobile trails are also about 7 km away.
