Round log cabin, built in 1976, renovated 2013. Livingroom with sofa bed, kitchenette, upper floor with double bed and sofa bed. Steep stairs upstairs. Separate room with bed (120 cm). Balcony. TV, air source heat pump (heating and cooling), fireplace and baking oven, gas grill.
Sauna by the lake with steam room, hallway and terrace. Cold water pipe, water heater tank.
Comfortable farmhouse very close to shore. Large glazed terrace and patio. Quiet location, no neighbors visible.
Fishing /lakes Vellijärvi and Piispajärvi: provincial lure fishing permit is needed (www.ahven.net, www.luontoon.fi). Fishing district: 4525 Kylmäluoma and 5502 Hossa (www.eraluvat.fi).
Distance to Hossa hiking area 40 km, Suomussalmi 56 km and Kuusamo 90 km.
